Day-To-Day Duties
Create lesson plans that match the English syllabus for primary classes.
Conduct interactive reading sessions with stories from local culture.
Organize weekly vocabulary tests and simple grammar drills.
Use charts and flashcards to teach spellings and sentence structures.
Encourage students to speak English through morning assemblies.
Prepare students for annual school functions with English poems and dialogues.
Maintain attendance registers and mark notebooks regularly.
Attend staff meetings and parent-teacher interactions in Godda.
Required Qualifications
Graduation in English or related field from a recognized university.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree mandatory.
Prior teaching experience of 3 years in primary English.
Familiarity with local medium schools in Godda is an advantage.
Basic computer skills for digital registers and online worksheets.
Perks and Pay
Salary ranges from Rs.18,000 to Rs.30,000 per month based on experience.
School provides light refreshments during working hours.
Paid leaves as per government norms for Jharkhand schools.
Local conveyance support within Godda town limits.
