Pedagogy and Tools
The successful candidate will have experience in using digital tools to create interactive lessons, assignments, and assessments. Familiarity with Google Classroom and Learning Management Systems is a must.
In this role, you will be expected to use technology to:
* Create and share multimedia content, such as simulations, videos, and animations, to support Physics concepts
* Design online quizzes and assessments to evaluate student understanding
* Use data analytics to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement technology-enhanced curriculum
* Provide technical support to students and faculty members
Day-to-Day Duties
As a TGT Physics Teacher, you will be responsible for the following duties:
* Teaching Physics to students of classes 6-12
* Designing and delivering lessons, including hands-on experiments and activities
* Assessing student progress and providing feedback
* Maintaining records of student attendance, grades, and progress
* Collaborating with other teachers to develop and implement curriculum
* Participating in staff meetings and professional development activities
* Using technology to create and share lesson plans, resources, and assessments
* Providing technical support to students and faculty members
* Maintaining the physics laboratory and ensuring student safety
Required Qualifications
A postgraduate degree in Physics (M.Sc) with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is required for this role. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in teaching Physics with experience in using technology to enhance teaching and learning.
