What You Will Do
As an NTT English teacher, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging English language lessons to students from Classes 6 to 10
- Developing and implementing innovative teaching methods to cater to different learning styles
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active participation and discussion
- Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to improve language skills
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide English language programs
- Developing and maintaining resources and materials to support English language learning
- Providing individualized support to students who require extra help
- Participating in staff meetings and contributing to school-wide initiatives
- Engaging with parents and guardians to keep them informed about student progress
Required Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in English or a related field
- A B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree (preferably with a specialization in English)
- A valid TET or CTET certificate (not mandatory but preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience in teaching English language to students in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic school environment

Salary and Benefits
