What You Will Do

- Analyze and improve board results for Hindi subjects, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive learning and development.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for teachers and students on various aspects of Hindi language and literature.
- Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the Hindi department, making recommendations for growth and development.
- Develop and implement creative and engaging teaching methods to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures for the Hindi department, aligning with school and state regulations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting Hindi language and culture.
- Participate in school-wide initiatives, such as language fairs and cultural events, to promote Hindi language and literature.
Required Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you must possess a B.Ed degree and have a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in Hindi. A NET or SET qualification is preferred but not mandatory. Experience in a school setting is essential, with a proven track record of academic excellence and leadership skills.
