As a Mathematics Teacher, you will have the opportunity to utilize modern tools and resources, such as smart boards and Google Classroom, to enhance the learning experience for our students. You will be expected to deliver engaging Mathematics lessons to students of different age groups, from primary to secondary, and to adapt your teaching approach to cater to diverse learning needs.

Pedagogy and Tools

We believe in harnessing the power of technology to create a blended learning environment. Our Mathematics Teacher will be expected to utilize the Learning Management System (LMS) to upload lesson plans, assignments, and assessments, and to communicate with parents through regular updates. You will also be expected to use Google Classroom to create interactive lessons and to facilitate student-teacher interaction.

What You Will Do

- Prepare and deliver Mathematics lessons to students of different age groups
- Utilize smart boards to create interactive and engaging lessons
- Create and manage online assessments and assignments using the LMS
- Communicate with parents through regular updates and progress reports
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement Mathematics curricula
- Use online resources to support student learning and to extend the curriculum
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development workshops to stay updated on best practices in Mathematics teaching
- Contribute to the development of the Mathematics department's vision and goals
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and motivation

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for this role, you must have a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification in Mathematics, and at least 3 years of teaching experience in a recognized school. A TET or CTET certification is preferred, but not mandatory.
