Day-to-Day Duties
Conduct engaging Computer Science classes for grades 6 to 10 following the CBSE curriculum. Plan and deliver lessons on programming languages like Python and Scratch for younger students. Organize weekly coding practice sessions to strengthen problem-solving skills among learners. Prepare students for practical exams with structured lab activities and timely assessments. Maintain discipline and motivation during classroom and lab sessions at Mdav School. Collaborate with other teachers to integrate digital literacy across subjects. Keep records of student progress and share feedback with parents periodically.
Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field from a recognized university. Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) with Computer Science as a teaching subject. Minimum 2 years of full-time teaching experience in a school setting. Preference for candidates with TET or CTET certification.
Preferred Skills
Strong knowledge of Python, C++ and basic web technologies like HTML and CSS. Ability to simplify complex programming concepts for students aged 10 to 15. Experience in conducting practical exams and managing computer labs efficiently. Good communication skills in Hindi and English to interact with students and parents in Jamatra. Willingness to participate in school events and extracurricular activities.
Perks and Pay
