Key Responsibilities
As a TGT Science Teacher at Mdav School, you will be responsible for:
* Designing and delivering engaging Science lessons to students from classes VI to X
* Developing and implementing effective assessment strategies to evaluate student progress
* Mentoring junior staff members and providing constructive feedback to improve teaching practices
* Collaborating with colleagues to plan and implement interdisciplinary projects
* Analyzing board exam results to identify areas of improvement and developing strategies to enhance student performance
* Updating the Science curriculum to align with changing educational requirements
* Participating in school-wide initiatives to promote a culture of excellence and innovation
* Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance
* Participating in school events and activities to promote Science education and awareness
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Science and a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, preferably in a similar role, is required. NET or SET qualification is preferred but not essential.
