We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic NTT English Teacher to join our team at Grizzky Kids. As an English Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the linguistic and literary skills of our students, fostering a love for the English language, and helping them become confident communicators. What You Will Do
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to students in grades 1-8, using a range of teaching strategies and resources.
- Create and implement effective lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their language skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement the English curriculum.
- Conduct regular formative assessments to track student progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and participation.
- Use technology to enhance teaching and learning, and to stay up-to-date with best practices in English education.
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to share student progress and discuss areas of concern.
- Participate in staff professional development to improve teaching skills and stay current with curriculum updates.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must have a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree, with a strong emphasis on English language and literature. A TET or CTET qualification is preferred, although not essential. You should have at least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting. As an NTT English Teacher, you will be expected to be flexible, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality instruction to our students.
