Role Summary
As an NTT Hindi Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Hindi language and literature to students from grades 1-5. Your primary focus will be on creating engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing individualized attention to students who require extra support.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
- Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to enhance student engagement and motivation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement school-wide programs and events.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and empathy among students.
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents and guardians through regular communication.
- Stay up-to-date with new developments in Hindi language and literature education.
Required Qualifications
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree in Hindi with a focus on language and literature.
- Strong knowledge of Hindi language and literature, including grammar, syntax, and vocabulary.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits
