Rpy Global School in Koderma, Jharkhand is seeking a dedicated NTT Hindi Teacher to strengthen its Hindi language curriculum. The NTT Hindi Teacher at Rpy Global School will report directly to the Hindi Department Head, though specific reporting lines may vary based on curriculum coordination needs. Core Duties – Teaching and Curriculum:
Teach Hindi as a Second Language (NTT) to students from Class I to VIII, ensuring age-appropriate content delivery. Develop and implement lesson plans based on Rpy Global School’s syllabus while incorporating interactive methods like storytelling, grammar drills, and cultural activities. Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
Core Duties – Classroom Management:
Maintain a structured yet engaging classroom environment, fostering respect and participation among students. Collaborate with teachers to integrate Hindi language skills into interdisciplinary lessons, such as literature, social studies, or arts. Act as a bridge between students and parents by sharing academic updates and encouraging parental involvement in language learning.
Core Duties – Professional Growth:
Attend school-organized workshops or training sessions to refine teaching techniques in Hindi pedagogy. Stay updated on educational trends and best practices in language teaching, particularly for Jharkhand’s regional curriculum. Participate in cross-departmental projects that enhance Hindi language proficiency across the school.
Qualification and Experience:
Hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) with at least two years of teaching experience in Hindi or related subjects. A graduate degree in Hindi, English, or a relevant field is mandatory. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role.
Compensation and Location:
The NTT Hindi Teacher will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs.14,500 to Rs.20,000, depending on qualifications and experience. The position is based in Koderma, Jharkhand, with a focus on delivering impactful Hindi education in a vibrant academic setting. Travel within the school campus or nearby districts may be required for training or assessment purposes.
