Role Summary
Grizzly Vidyalaya Chandrodih Koderma invites fresh B.Ed graduates to join its team as a Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Accountancy. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about teaching and have a flair for Accountancy.
Day-to-Day Duties
As a PGT Accountancy Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Accountancy to students, preparing lesson plans, and evaluating student progress. You will also be involved in:
- Conducting classes for students of classes XI and XII
- Maintaining discipline and order in the classroom
- Providing guidance and counseling to students
- Participating in staff meetings and training programs
- Assisting in the development of the Accountancy curriculum
- Training and mentoring junior teachers
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, you must have a B.Ed degree with a strong background in Accountancy. While a TET or CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory. We welcome TET-appearing candidates who are passionate about teaching. Prior work experience in a school setting is not necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and mentorship to our new staff members.
