Role Summary
Grizzly Vidyalaya In Tilaiya Dam,koderma seeks a dedicated PGT English Teacher for its Koderma campus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in English literature and language. We require a teacher who can create engaging lesson plans and foster a love for English in our students.
What You Will Do
1. Teach English to students from Classes 9 to 12.
2. Prepare and deliver lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum.
3. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
4. Develop and implement English language skills through various activities.
5. Encourage students to participate in debates, discussions, and quizzes.
6. Maintain a well-organized and student-friendly classroom environment.
7. Collaborate with other teachers to provide a cohesive learning experience.
8. Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress.
9. Stay updated with developments in English language teaching and learning.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have:
- Postgraduate degree in English (M.A. or M.Sc. or M.Phil)
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree
- Strong knowledge of English literature and language
- At least 4 years of experience in teaching English
Good to Have:
- TET or CTET certification
- Experience in teaching English language skills to students
- Familiarity with school curriculum and assessment frameworks
