What You Will Do
1. Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Classes 11 and 12 as per CBSE Fine Arts syllabus.
2. Conduct practical sessions in drawing, painting, printmaking, and clay modeling.
3. Organize art exhibitions within school and at district-level events.
4. Mentor students for national-level art competitions like CBSE Expression Series.
5. Maintain student portfolios and assessment records for academic documentation.
6. Collaborate with other PGT teachers for interdisciplinary projects.
7. Integrate digital art tools such as CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop where relevant.
8. Lead the Fine Arts club and coordinate annual art fairs.
9. Provide constructive feedback to students on their artwork and portfolios.
Who Can Apply
Must Have
- Postgraduate degree in Fine Arts (MFA) or equivalent from a recognized university.
- B.Ed degree with Fine Arts as a teaching subject.
- Minimum 4 years of full-time teaching experience in Fine Arts at senior secondary level.
- Experience in CBSE-affiliated school curriculum and examination patterns.
Good to Have
- CTET or TET qualification.
- Participation in state or national-level art workshops or seminars.
- Experience in handling art materials procurement and inventory.
- Familiarity with Jharkhand state art education initiatives.
