Role Summary
Teaching Approach
At Grizzly Vidyalaya, we believe in creating a dynamic learning environment that incorporates technology to make learning engaging and effective. Our PGT Hindi Teacher will use smart boards to deliver interactive lessons, and will utilize Google Classroom and our LMS to collaborate with students, provide feedback, and track progress. The teacher will also design and implement blended learning activities that cater to different learning styles.
Day-to-Day Duties
The PGT Hindi Teacher will be responsible for the following duties:
- Delivering high-quality instruction in Hindi to students in grades 9-12
- Creating and implementing lesson plans that incorporate technology and blended learning
- Using smart boards to deliver interactive lessons
- Utilizing Google Classroom and our LMS to collaborate with students and provide feedback
- Designing and implementing assessments to measure student progress
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Participating in staff meetings and professional development activities
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop curriculum and instructional materials
- Using digital tools to enhance student engagement and motivation
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this position, the candidate must:
- Hold a postgraduate degree in Hindi or a related field
- Have a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching Hindi to students in grades 9-12
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be proficient in using technology, including smart boards, Google Classroom, and LMS
Preferred Skills
- Strong digital literacy skills, including proficiency in using online teaching tools and resources
- Experience in creating and implementing blended learning activities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students
