Your Students

As a PGT Physics Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Physics to students in grades 9-12, using differentiated instruction to cater to the needs of all learners. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure that our students receive a comprehensive education that prepares them for success in their future endeavors.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Plan and deliver lessons that cater to the needs of all learners, including those with special needs.
- Use a range of teaching methods, including technology integration, to engage students and promote deep understanding.
- Assess student progress regularly, providing feedback that supports improvement.
- Develop and implement assessments that measure student learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives.
- Participate in departmental meetings to discuss curriculum development and teaching strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and grades.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress.
- Participate in staff development activities to improve teaching skills and knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physics or a related field (M.Sc. or M.A.).
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. qualification.
- Valid TET/CTET certification (not required but preferred).
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in an inclusive classroom environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Patience and empathy when working with students who require additional support.
- Familiarity with technology integration in the classroom.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is Rs.38,000 - Rs.60,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
