- Designing and delivering the Physics curriculum for Classes XI and XII
- Mentoring junior Physics teachers and supporting their professional development
- Conducting regular assessments and evaluations to improve student performance
- Developing and implementing innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning
- Collaborating with other departments to integrate Physics into the overall curriculum
- Analyzing board results to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies
- Building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Participating in school-wide initiatives and professional development programs
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A postgraduate degree in Physics (M.Sc) from a recognized university
- A Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or D.El.Ed
- A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a school setting
- Preference will be given to candidates with NET or SET qualification in Physics
