- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement innovative teaching strategies
- Engage with parents through regular progress updates, workshops, and open houses to ensure a seamless transition between home and school
- Participate in school events, such as literary festivals, book fairs, and inter-school competitions, to promote a culture of learning and excellence
- Contribute to the school's curriculum development and assessment processes, ensuring that our students receive a well-rounded education
- Develop and maintain relationships with local community members, organizations, and businesses to create opportunities for student engagement and experiential learning
- Utilize technology to enhance teaching and learning, staying up-to-date with the latest educational trends and innovations
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in English or a related field and a B.Ed or D.El.Ed certification. A TET or CTET qualification is preferred but not essential. Proven teaching experience, particularly in a school setting, is also highly valued.
