We are looking for a dedicated PRT General Knowledge Teacher to lead our General Knowledge subject area. As a PRT, you will be responsible for teaching General Knowledge to students from Class 1 to 5. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in General Knowledge to students from Class 1 to 5, ensuring that they meet the requirements of the school's curriculum.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with other subject teachers to integrate General Knowledge with other subjects, such as Science, Social Studies, and Language Arts.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Use a variety of teaching materials and resources to make learning interesting and interactive.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements.
- Participate in school events, such as parent-teacher meetings, and contribute to the school's decision-making process.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in General Knowledge and incorporate them into the curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes respect, empathy, and kindness among students.
Required Qualifications
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. in any discipline with a specialization in General Knowledge or a related field.
- TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting, with a proven track record of engaging students and promoting academic excellence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
