Royal Kids Public School, Jainagar is looking for a PRT Hindi Teacher to lead classes from Grades 1 to 5. Teaching Approach
Lessons are planned on the school’s LMS and shared with students via Google Classroom before each session. Smart boards display digital rhymes, animated stories, and real-time handwriting practice. Blended learning combines textbook reading with online quizzes and voice-note assignments to strengthen listening and pronunciation.
Key Responsibilities
Create weekly Hindi lesson plans aligned with the school’s digital LMS and share them on Google Classroom.
Operate smart boards during lessons to display e-content, record student handwriting, and run interactive grammar games.
Assign and collect digital worksheets through Classroom; provide audio feedback on pronunciation exercises.
Conduct monthly blended assessments combining offline writing tests with online listening comprehension.
Organize Hindi recitation competitions using school-issued tablets and share videos on the parent portal.
Collaborate with the IT coordinator to upload new Hindi e-books and audio clips to the LMS library.
Monitor student progress in the LMS gradebook and send weekly SMS updates to parents in Hindi.
Attend bi-weekly staff meetings where digital teaching strategies and classroom apps are reviewed.
Required Qualifications
Graduation in Hindi from a recognized university.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed).
Two years of full-time teaching experience in Hindi at the primary level.
Familiarity with Google Classroom, smart boards, and basic Hindi typing in Unicode.
