About This Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced PRT Hindi Teacher to join the faculty of St. Xavier High School in Koderma, Kodarma, Jharkhand. As a PRT Hindi Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the linguistic and literary skills of our students.
How You Will Teach (specific to Hindi — practical methods, tools, lab or activity work)
You will employ a range of interactive and engaging teaching methods to ensure that our students develop a deep understanding of the Hindi language. This will include using multimedia resources, conducting language games and activities, and fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment. St. Xavier High School provides a well-equipped library and language laboratory for the students to practice their language skills.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans for Hindi classes, taking into account the needs and abilities of our students.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed.
- Use a variety of teaching materials and resources to engage students and promote language learning.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement language-based projects and activities.
- Provide feedback and guidance to students on their language skills and encourage independent learning.
- Attend staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies and initiatives.
- Participate in school events and activities, such as language festivals and cultural programs.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need to hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree in Hindi or a related subject, with a strong emphasis on language teaching and learning. A degree in Hindi Literature or a related subject is also desirable.
