Mathematics (PRT) Vacancy in Koderma, Kodarma, Jharkhand
St. Xavier High School
Job Description
About This Role
St. Xavier High School uses interactive smart boards, Google Classroom, and a cloud-based LMS to run daily lessons, assignments, and assessments. This Mathematics Teacher Job in Kodarma means you will teach foundational concepts while guiding students through digital tools that make abstract ideas concrete. The school expects you to blend traditional chalk-and-talk with these modern aids so every child sees math as a living subject, not a set of formulas.
Teaching Approach
Lessons at St. Xavier High School are delivered on smart boards with embedded GeoGebra simulations for geometry and Desmos graphs for algebra. Each Mathematics Teaching Job in Koderma, Kodarma leverages Google Classroom for distributing worksheets, collecting homework, and giving instant feedback. The LMS tracks progress and flags weak areas so you can plan targeted revision sessions. Blended learning is the norm: you will rotate between live instruction, flipped videos, and offline problem-solving circles.

Prepare and upload weekly lesson plans, worksheets, and practice sheets to Google Classroom within the LMS.
Conduct daily 40-minute periods using smart boards to demonstrate concepts and solve problems interactively.
Assign digital quizzes on the LMS every Friday and review analytics to adjust next week’s pace.
Organize monthly blended-learning projects where students use spreadsheets to model real-life data.
Monitor attendance and assignment submission in the LMS; follow up with absent students via SMS.
Run after-school remedial circles using recorded lessons from the LMS for students who need extra help.
Collaborate with the IT coordinator to keep smart boards, tablets, and Wi-Fi in every classroom functional.
Participate in quarterly training on new features of the LMS and smart-board software.
