PRT Sanskrit Teacher Job in Kodarma, Jharkhand | School Recruitment

Who You Will Teach
Classes at Grizzly Vidyalaya Chandrodih Koderma include children from varied linguistic and academic backgrounds across Kodarma. You will teach students in early grades who are just beginning to read, write, and speak Sanskrit. Differentiated strategies will help each child grasp basic shlokas, vocabulary, and grammar at their own pace.
Day-to-Day Duties
Prepare weekly lesson plans aligned with the school’s Sanskrit curriculum for primary sections. Conduct interactive sessions using stories, chants, and simple dialogues to maintain student interest. Use visual aids and gestures to support learners who need extra help in understanding.
Assess progress through informal observations and short oral quizzes rather than heavy written tests. Organize cultural activities during festivals to reinforce learning outside the classroom. Collaborate with PRT colleagues to integrate Sanskrit with other subjects like moral science or art. Maintain records of student participation and milestones in Sanskrit.
Support students with learning difficulties by breaking lessons into smaller steps and repeating key concepts. Encourage shy learners to speak Sanskrit through pair work and group recitations.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in Sanskrit or relevant discipline with minimum 50% marks. B.Ed or D.El.Ed in Sanskrit from a recognized institution. TET/CTET is preferred but not mandatory for this Sanskrit Teaching Job in Kodarma.
