Who You Will Teach
You will teach students from Grades 1 to 5 in a vibrant classroom setting at Grizzky Kids. The student body includes children from diverse backgrounds across Kodarma, making your teaching style inclusive and engaging. Your lessons will build foundational concepts that students carry forward in higher classes.
What You Will Do
Prepare and deliver Social Science lessons aligned with the school curriculum for primary students. Use local examples from Kodarma and Jharkhand to make history and geography relatable for young learners. Organize simple classroom activities that help students explore maps, timelines, and community stories.
Assess student understanding through informal quizzes, discussions, and drawing exercises rather than formal exams. Provide individual feedback to students and parents during open-house interactions. Collaborate with PRT colleagues to plan interdisciplinary projects that include Social Science themes.
Maintain classroom resources like charts, flashcards, and locally relevant materials for hands-on learning. Participate in monthly staff meetings to share observations about student progress in Social Science.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation in any discipline with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution. Preference for candidates with TET or CTET certification. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in primary classes, preferably in Social Science.

What You Get
