Grizzky Kids is looking for a TGT English Teacher to shape young minds in Koderma. The role requires guiding students in grades 6 to 8 with strong English language skills. You will plan lessons, assess progress, and foster a love for reading and writing in learners.
Your Students
Students at Grizzky Kids come from diverse backgrounds in Kodarma. Many are first-generation learners who need extra encouragement in English. Your teaching will help bridge gaps between local dialects and formal language use.
Day-to-Day Duties
Conduct structured English classes with engaging activities. Organize weekly parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress. Collaborate with colleagues to align lesson plans with school goals. Participate in local cultural events to promote Grizzky Kids in the community. Assist in preparing students for school-level competitions. Monitor class discipline and maintain a positive learning environment. Contribute ideas for school improvement during staff meetings.
Who Can Apply
Candidates must have a postgraduate degree in English. B.Ed or D.El.Ed is required. Prior teaching experience of at least 2 years is necessary. Familiarity with local culture in Kodarma will be an advantage.
