Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging English language lessons to students of classes VI to X.
- Assess student progress and adjust your teaching methods accordingly.
- Develop and implement curriculum-aligned lesson plans, activities, and assessments.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and participation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve school-wide goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress.
- Participate in school-wide events and activities, such as parent-teacher meetings and cultural festivals.
- Contribute to the development of English language resources and materials for the school.
- Stay updated with curriculum changes and pedagogical best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English or a related field.
- B.Ed/D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory.
- CTET/TET qualification is preferred but not essential.
- 4 years of teaching experience in English at the secondary level.

- Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
