Day-to-Day Duties:
1. Plan and deliver Mathematics lessons to classes VI to X.
2. Prepare and administer Mathematics assessments and exams.
3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress and performance.
4. Use a variety of teaching methods to engage students and promote learning.
5. Develop and implement Mathematics curriculum to meet the needs of students.
6. Collaborate with other teachers to develop and implement school-wide initiatives.
7. Provide support and guidance to students outside of class time.
8. Stay up-to-date with developments in Mathematics education and incorporate these into teaching practices.
9. Participate in professional development opportunities to improve teaching skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
Must Have:
- Post-graduate degree in Mathematics with B.Ed./D.El.Ed. qualification.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a TGT Mathematics Teacher in a School.
- Proficiency in teaching Mathematics to classes VI to X.
Good to Have:
- CTET/TET certification.
- Experience in teaching Mathematics to students with diverse needs and abilities.
- Familiarity with the curriculum and teaching methods in Jharkhand State Schools.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with digital technologies and their application in teaching and learning.
- Willingness to contribute to the School's extracurricular activities.
