Role Summary
As a TGT Physical Education Teacher at Grizzly Vidyalaya In Tilaiya Dam,koderma, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our students through sports and physical education. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing Physical Education curriculum for students from classes VI to X. The job involves teaching various sports and physical activities, assessing student performance, and maintaining records.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement Physical Education curriculum for students from classes VI to X
- Organize and supervise sports activities, including football, basketball, cricket, and athletics
- Assess student performance and maintain records of their progress
- Develop and implement policies for safety and hygiene in Physical Education
- Collaborate with other teachers to integrate Physical Education with other subjects
- Participate in school events and tournaments
- Maintain sports equipment and infrastructure
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress
- Participate in staff development programs to enhance teaching skills
- Maintain discipline and order in the Physical Education department
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or equivalent
- Postgraduate degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, or related field
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree for teaching positions
- TET or CTET preferred
- Minimum 4 years of experience in teaching Physical Education
- Strong knowledge of sports and physical activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and maintain discipline
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: Rs.25,000 - Rs.45,000 per month
