TET or CTET certification preferred
A minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a school setting
Good to Have
Additional qualifications in Physics or Education
Experience in coaching or mentoring students
Fluency in local languages such as Hindi and Jharkhandi
Preferred Skills
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative teaching methods
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to adapt to changing school needs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong subject knowledge and expertise in Physics
