About This Role
Delhi Public School Pakur uses interactive smart boards, Google Classroom, and a custom learning management system to blend traditional Hindi pedagogy with digital tools. The Pprt Hindi Teacher will deliver engaging lessons that align with the school’s tech-enabled curriculum while maintaining strong foundational language skills. How You Will Teach
Lessons will be planned using the school’s LMS where audio-visual content, quizzes, and worksheets are uploaded for students. Smart board sessions will feature interactive Hindi grammar drills, poetry recitations, and story-telling activities to build listening and speaking skills. Google Classroom will be used for assignments, feedback, and parent communication, especially for students who miss classes due to local events.
What You Will Do
Create weekly lesson plans in Hindi with digital resources that include animated stories, pronunciation guides, and grammar charts for smart board display. Upload audio recordings of poems and essays on the LMS so students can practice pronunciation outside class. Conduct weekly online doubt-clearing sessions for students who need extra support using Zoom or Google Meet. Monitor student progress through LMS analytics and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot basic technical issues with smart boards and projectors during lessons. Prepare digital worksheets in Hindi that can be printed or filled online by students. Organize monthly virtual Hindi debates and elocution contests for students across grades. Maintain a shared Google Drive folder with teaching materials, sample papers, and rubrics for other Hindi teachers to use.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation in Hindi or Hindi Literature from a recognized university is required. B.Ed or D.El.Ed with Hindi as a teaching subject is mandatory. Minimum 3 years of Hindi teaching experience in a school environment is necessary.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Google Classroom, LMS platforms, and smart board operation is essential. Ability to create simple digital content in Hindi such as worksheets and audio notes is preferred. Basic troubleshooting of classroom technology will be an added advantage.
Salary and Benefits
The monthly salary for this full-time Pprt Hindi Teacher position at Delhi Public School Pakur ranges from Rs.18,000 to Rs.25,000 based on qualifications and experience.
