Job Description

- Keep up‑to‑date with developments in dance education, attending relevant seminars or training sessions as opportunities arise.
Assessment and Planning
- Use formative assessment techniques such as peer reviews, self‑assessment journals, and teacher observation to guide instruction.
- Create individualized improvement plans for students showing specific challenges, such as timing, posture, or expression.
- Document attendance, performance scores, and skill milestones in a structured log for internal review and parent communication.
- Plan lesson sequences that build progressively, ensuring each session contributes to long‑term skill development.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of two years of teaching or coaching experience in dance.
- Demonstrated ability to choreograph and lead performances.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English to interact with students, parents, and staff.
Employment Details
- Full‑time position at Oxford Public School, Chainpur, Palamu, Jharkhand (Tier 4).
- Salary range: ₹14,000 – ₹30,000 per month, commensurate with experience and performance.
