Daily responsibilities
- Plan and deliver interactive English lessons that align with the syllabus.
- Assess student progress through formative assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain an organized classroom environment and manage student behavior.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources.
Regular responsibilities across the academic cycle
- Coordinate with senior teachers to integrate cross‑subject projects and language activities.
- Prepare and update lesson plans, teaching aids, and evaluation materials.
- Participate in faculty meetings and professional development sessions.
- Contribute to student counseling and guidance activities as needed.
Periodic responsibilities
- Conduct term‑end examinations and compile results for reporting.
- Review and revise curriculum materials to keep them current and effective.
- Lead school events such as English day, debates, and literary competitions.
Qualification and experience
- Graduate degree with B.Ed or D.El.Ed; TET/CTET preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
- Strong command of English language and literature.
- Ability to inspire students and foster a love for learning.
Salary and location
Salary range: Rs.18,000 – Rs.30,000 per month.
Location: Bishrampur, Palamu, Jharkhand.
