This role is about shaping young minds with a deep understanding of Hindi grammar, literature, and culture. You’ll teach students from Class 6 to 12, crafting lessons that blend traditional texts with modern language skills. Daily, you’ll prepare lesson plans, conduct classes, and assess progress using standard evaluation methods. The school in Patratu, Ramgarh, will expect you to engage students with interactive methods, especially in subjects like poetry, prose, and grammar.
You’ll teach Hindi literature, grammar, and composition, adapting lessons for different ability levels. Weekly, you’ll review student performance, suggest improvements, and update progress records. You’ll also assist in organizing cultural events, like Hindi Diwas celebrations or essay competitions, to keep students connected to the language. Occasionally, you may collaborate with other teachers to design cross-subject activities.
