- Must Have: Master's degree from a recognized university, B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree, minimum 5 years of experience in school administration, and a strong understanding of education and school management principles
- Good to Have: UGC-NET/CSIR-NET qualification, experience in handling large-scale educational institutions, and a degree in education or a related field
