Job Description
Teaching Responsibilities
You will conduct English language classes for students in grades 6 to 12, ensuring age-appropriate instruction in grammar, vocabulary, literature, and communication skills. Your focus will be on developing strong foundational literacy and fluency through structured lessons, interactive discussions, and real-world applications of the language.
Daily lesson planning will include designing engaging activities that align with curriculum standards, incorporating storytelling, debates, and creative writing to enhance learning. You will assess student progress through periodic tests, projects, and oral evaluations, providing constructive feedback to guide improvement.
Collaboration with the English department will be essential, as you’ll participate in curriculum reviews, teacher training sessions, and cross-grade coordination to maintain consistency in teaching methods.
Qualification and Experience
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field as a minimum requirement. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory for teaching at Al Falah International School. Three years of relevant teaching experience in English at the secondary level is preferred.
Salary for this position will be Rs.18,000 to Rs.25,000 per month, with full-time employment at Al Falah International School in Kanke, Ranchi.
