Qualifications and Experience
Hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) with a minimum of two years of teaching experience in English. A TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory. A graduate degree in English or related fields is essential. Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
