PGT Biology Teacher
Core Responsibilities
Teach biology to classes IX to XII, designing lesson plans that align with the state curriculum and fostering a dynamic learning environment.
Prepare and conduct practical sessions, ensuring safety protocols and effective use of laboratory equipment.
Assess student performance through tests, projects and lab reports, providing constructive feedback to aid academic growth.
Secondary Responsibilities
Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate interdisciplinary projects that enhance student understanding.
Participate in school committees and extracurricular activities related to science education.
Maintain accurate attendance records and submit weekly progress reports to the department head.
Qualifications and Experience
Post‑graduate degree in Biology or related field.
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the PGT level.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed required; TET/CTET preferred but not mandatory.
Salary, Location and Application
Rs.40,000 – Rs.55,000 per month.
