- Maintain accurate attendance records, grades, and report cards in a timely manner.
- Participate in curriculum development meetings and contribute ideas for interdisciplinary projects.
- Mentor and support junior faculty members in pedagogical techniques and classroom management.
- Engage with parents through meetings and progress reports to ensure student success.
- Stay updated with latest developments in Geography education and incorporate relevant topics into the syllabus.

Qualification, experience, salary, location
A postgraduate degree in Geography or a related field, B.Ed/D.El.Ed, and a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience are required. TET/CTET is not mandatory. The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs.35,000 to Rs.50,000, based on qualifications and experience. The role is full‑time and based in Ormanjhi, Ranchi, Jharkhand.
