Your Students

As a PGT Mathematics Teacher, you will be working with students from Class 9 to 12, guiding them to excel in Mathematics and develop problem-solving skills. Your role will be critical in helping them overcome challenges and build confidence in the subject.
What You Will Do
- Design and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons to students of Class 9 to 12
- Create and implement individualized lesson plans to cater to varying learning styles and abilities
- Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and understanding
- Foster a supportive learning environment, encouraging students to ask questions and participate in class discussions
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate Mathematics with other subjects, promoting a well-rounded education
- Stay updated with curriculum changes and implement them effectively in the classroom
- Provide guidance to students on choosing Mathematics as a career path and exploring relevant opportunities
- Develop and maintain a positive rapport with students, parents, and colleagues, promoting a sense of community and cooperation
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives, ensuring that students receive a comprehensive education
Eligibility Criteria
- Post Graduate Degree in Mathematics (M.Sc or M.A) with B.Ed or D.El.Ed
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a PGT Mathematics Teacher in a reputable school
- Strong subject knowledge, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and flexible attitude
Preferred Skills
- Experience with teaching Mathematics to students of different age groups and abilities
- Familiarity with the Jharkhand State Board curriculum and assessment requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet
- Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching and learning, such as learning management systems and educational software
