About This Role
Day-to-Day Duties
- Prepare and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons to students of Classes 6 to 12
- Develop and implement lesson plans, assessments, and evaluations to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Use technology and multimedia resources to enhance teaching and learning
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement Mathematics curriculum
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities
- Provide guidance and support to students, parents, and colleagues as needed
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must have the following qualifications and experience:
- Postgraduate degree in Mathematics or a related field
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting
- Strong knowledge of Mathematics curriculum and pedagogy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
