Your role will also include mentoring students, guiding them through philosophical debates and ethical dilemmas in a supportive environment.
Participate in departmental meetings to discuss teaching strategies, share best practices, and contribute to the school’s academic growth. Maintain a strong presence in extracurricular activities, such as philosophy clubs or debate teams, to extend learning beyond the classroom. Ensure all teaching materials, including textbooks and supplementary resources, are updated and accessible to students.
The ideal candidate will hold a postgraduate degree in Philosophy with at least two years of teaching experience. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory, while TET/CTET certification is preferred. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 55,000 per month, along with the opportunity to work in a dynamic, progressive school setting in Namkum, Ranchi.
