Responsibilities
Teach Physical Education to classes in the Delhi Public School campus located in Rahe, Ranchi. Design and conduct engaging lesson plans that promote fitness, teamwork, and healthy competition. Organise inter‑school sports events, manage school sports teams, and maintain sports equipment and facilities. Collaborate with co‑ordinators to integrate physical activities with academic curriculum and support school’s holistic development goals.
Requirements
Post‑graduate qualification in any discipline with B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory for teaching positions. Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a school environment. TET/CTET certification preferred but not compulsory. Strong knowledge of sports science, coaching techniques, and child psychology. Ability to motivate students, enforce discipline, and maintain a safe sporting environment. Fluency in Hindi and English is essential.
