Job Description
Seeking a dedicated PGT Zoology Teacher for Gd Goenka School in Namkum, Ranchi
Gd Goenka School invites experienced educators to join its faculty as a PGT Zoology Teacher. This role is based in the scenic location of Namkum, Ranchi, and involves guiding senior secondary students with a strong foundation in biological sciences. The position offers a competitive monthly salary of Rs.40,000 to Rs.55,000, along with opportunities to shape young minds in an environment that values academic excellence.
To qualify, candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in Zoology or a related field, preferably with at least two years of teaching experience. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is essential, while TET/CTET certification is a strong asset. Your expertise in designing engaging lessons, fostering scientific curiosity, and maintaining high standards of classroom instruction will be key to this role.
The school emphasizes hands-on learning, so experience in integrating practical applications of zoology—such as field studies, lab work, or environmental projects—will be highly valued. You will collaborate with the science department to develop innovative curricula that align with modern educational trends while keeping students motivated. The role also includes mentoring students for competitive exams like NEET or state-level entrance tests, ensuring they are well-prepared for higher education.
A passion for teaching and a commitment to nurturing scientific inquiry are essential. Gd Goenka School looks for individuals who can inspire students while maintaining a structured yet dynamic approach. If you thrive in an environment that blends academic rigor with creative teaching methods, this opportunity could be a great fit for your career.
