Role Overview
This position invites a creative professional to shape the artistic vision of Delhi Public School’s students in Rahe, Ranchi. The teacher will nurture curiosity, inspire confidence, and embed a lifelong appreciation for visual expression across all grades.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging Art And Craft lessons that align with the school curriculum and national educational standards.
- Integrate local cultural motifs and contemporary techniques, encouraging students to explore regional heritage.
- Mentor students through project-based learning, guiding them from concept to finished artwork while fostering critical thinking.
- Coordinate inter‑departmental activities, such as exhibitions and community outreach, that showcase student talent.
- Maintain an organized studio environment, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and resource availability.
- Evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate degree with B.Ed or D.El.Ed required; TET/CTET preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting, preferably within the PRT framework.
- Proven ability to create dynamic lesson plans and manage classroom resources effectively.
Salary & Location
- Competitive remuneration ranging from Rs.16,000 to Rs.32,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
- Full‑time role based in Rahe, Ranchi, Jharkhand, at Delhi Public School.
