Role Summary

Day-to-Day Duties
Plan weekly Art And Craft lessons aligned with the school’s primary curriculum.
Conduct hands-on sessions using low-cost, locally available materials.
Organize classroom displays and student artwork exhibitions every term.
Assist in art competitions and inter-house cultural events.
Maintain attendance and assessment records for Art And Craft.
Collaborate with other PRTs for cross-curricular art integration.
Attend monthly staff meetings and parent-teacher conferences.
Keep the art room stocked with basic supplies and recycled materials.
Who Can Apply
Must Have
Graduate in Fine Arts or related field.
Two years of Art And Craft teaching experience in a school.
Basic knowledge of classroom management and child safety.
Good to Have
B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification.
TET or CTET certification.
Experience with digital art tools for school projects.
Skills We Value
Creative lesson planning for Grades 1 to 5.
Ability to engage young learners through visual and tactile activities.
Familiarity with traditional Jharkhandi art forms and local craft techniques.
Patience and enthusiasm for working with primary-age children.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Salary and Benefits
Rs.12,000 to Rs.24,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications. Includes PF contributions and festival advances as per school policy. Casual and medical leave as per norms.
