Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging Computer Science lessons that cater to different learning styles and abilities
- Develop and implement differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all learners
- Use technology to enhance student learning and engagement
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives
- Participate in professional development to stay updated on best practices in Computer Science education
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate with a B.Ed./D.El.Ed. degree in Computer Science or related field
- TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a school setting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and maintain confidentiality
Preferred Skills
- Experience in teaching Computer Science to students of different age groups and abilities
- Knowledge of inclusive pedagogy and strategies to support students with special needs
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Patience and empathy when working with students who require additional support
