Regular assessment of students’ progress helps identify areas needing improvement, allowing for timely interventions.
Periodic responsibilities include organizing small-group activities and workshops to enhance students’ speaking and listening skills. The teacher may also assist in preparing students for school-level English exams or competitions, ensuring they meet academic benchmarks. Additionally, maintaining updated teaching resources and lesson materials supports continuous improvement in classroom instruction.
For this PRT English Teacher position at St. Columbus School, a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. A graduate degree in English or a related field is also required.
