Role Summary

Saraswati Wisdom Public School, a technologically advanced institution in Rahe, Ranchi, Jharkhand, invites applications for the position of PRT Science Teacher. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive Science lessons to students, utilizing the school's cutting-edge smart board technology and online learning management system.

Pedagogy and Tools
At Saraswati Wisdom Public School, we leverage modern tools to enhance the learning experience. Our Science teachers use Google Classroom to share resources and assignments, and collaborate with colleagues on lesson planning. We also utilize an online Learning Management System (LMS) to facilitate blended learning and assess student progress.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons to students, utilizing interactive smart board technology and online resources.
- Create and maintain a positive learning environment, promoting critical thinking and curiosity among students.
- Utilize online learning tools, such as Google Classroom and LMS, to share resources and assignments, and assess student progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues on lesson planning and curriculum development.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to track student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
- Develop and implement inclusive and diverse teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles and needs.
- Participate in staff development programs and engage in ongoing professional learning to enhance teaching practices.
- Contribute to the school's Science department, participating in curriculum development and planning events.
- Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, maintaining open communication and regular feedback.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess a graduate degree and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) degree. A Teaching Eligibility Test (TET) or Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary and Benefits
