Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver the Chemistry curriculum for classes IX to XII in line with state board guidelines. Conduct practical sessions, maintain laboratory safety, and assess student performance through tests and projects. Support co‑teachers in interdisciplinary activities and mentor students for science fairs and competitions.
Required Experience
Minimum three years of teaching experience in a school setting, preferably handling senior secondary Chemistry. Experience in preparing students for board examinations is an advantage.
Qualifications
Post‑graduate degree in Chemistry or related science. Must possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed. Candidates with TET/CTET certification are preferred.
Skills and Competencies
Strong command over Chemistry concepts and the ability to simplify complex topics. Effective classroom management and interactive teaching methods. Good communication skills in English and Hindi, and familiarity with digital teaching tools.
