Day-to-Day Duties
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans for Mathematics classes, catering to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and collaboration among students.
- Develop and implement innovative ways to make Mathematics more accessible and enjoyable for our students in Rahe, Ranchi.
- Use technology and digital resources to enhance the learning experience and promote student engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement Mathematics curriculum and projects that align with the board's expectations.
- Provide individual support and guidance to students who require extra help, helping them overcome challenges and build confidence.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in Mathematics education.
Required Qualifications
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution.
- Post-graduate degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- TET or CTET certification is preferred, but not essential.
