Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver engaging Physics lessons to students in Classes 9-12
* Develop and implement curriculum-aligned lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and creativity
* Collaborate with colleagues to integrate Physics with other subjects and promote holistic learning
* Communicate regularly with parents to keep them informed about student progress and engage them in their child's learning journey
* Participate in school events and activities that promote Science and Physics education
* Stay updated with the latest developments in Physics and implement innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning
* Manage classroom resources and materials effectively to ensure a smooth learning environment
* Contribute to the development of school policies and programs that promote Science and Physics education
Eligibility Criteria
* Post-graduate degree in Physics or related field (M.Sc.)
* B.Ed./D.El.Ed. degree or equivalent qualification
* Valid TET/CTET certificate (not mandatory)
* 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting
* Strong subject matter expertise and knowledge of Physics curriculum
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and engage with the local community
